General Preservation Process
How does flower preservation work?
Your flowers are carefully dried, artistically arranged, and preserved in resin through a multi-stage, hand-crafted process designed to create a long-lasting keepsake.
How long does the preservation process take?
Turnaround time for wedding bouquet preservation is typically 5–6 months from the date your deposit is received. This timeline allows for the careful drying and resin preservation process, ensuring your flowers are fully cured and transformed into a long-lasting, high-quality keepsake.
Does resin yellow over time?
We use top-quality, UV-resistant resin. Over time, slight natural fading or yellowing may occur, which is normal for resin-based preservation.
Getting Started & Reservations
How do I approve my design layout?
Once your flowers are ready, Debbie will email a custom layout for approval. You may approve it or request small adjustments.
Is there a deadline for layout approval?
Yes. A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot and is applied toward your total order.
What is the first step to secure my order?
Submit the reservation form and deposit. You’ll then receive confirmation and shipping instructions.
What if I change my mind after reserving?
Deposits are non-refundable due to limited availability and custom planning. If concerns arise, contact us as soon as possible.
Payment & Order Finalization
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is due once your design is finalized and before your finished piece ships
Does finalizing my order affect timing?
Yes. Delays in approvals or decisions can extend your overall turnaround time.
Design & Layout Approval
How do I approve my design layout?
Once your flowers are ready, Debbie will email a custom layout for approval. You may approve it or request small adjustments.
Is there a deadline for layout approval?
Yes. Prompt responses help keep your project on schedule. Delays may extend completion time.
Can I revise the layout after it’s sent?
Minor revisions are included. Changes to size, shape, or product type must match or upgrade your original order and may include additional fees.
What happens if I request last-minute changes?
Once resin curing begins, changes may be limited or not possible. We will clearly communicate what can be adjusted.
Do add-ons like candles or ring holders get a layout preview?
No. Smaller add-on items are artistically filled and do not receive layout approvals.
What if my bouquet doesn’t have enough flowers?
We may supplement or replace flowers to complete your design. Additional charges may apply depending on needs.
Engraving
Does engraving affect turnaround time?
Yes. Engraving may add up to one additional month to the timeline.
How much does engraving cost?
Engraving is $99 and includes up to two lines of text.
What happens if I don’t respond to engraving emails?
If no response is received after five days, Debbie will select the engraving color she feels looks best.
Shipping Your Bouquet to Us
Who is responsible for tracking my bouquet shipment?
You are responsible for tracking your bouquet and notifying us once it arrives.
What if my bouquet is lost or damaged in transit?
We are not responsible for flowers lost or damaged during shipping. Replacement flowers may be sourced for an additional charge.
Shipping Your Finished Keepsake
Do all keepsakes get shipped?
Yes. Finished resin keepsakes are shipped with a standard $20 shipping fee, which may vary by size.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship nationwide using approved carriers.
Do you offer pickup?
Pickup is available by appointment. Large items, such as tables, are pickup-only.
Do you charge extra for express or holiday shipping?
Yes. Finished resin keepsakes are shipped with a standard $20 shipping fee, which may vary by size.
What happens if I provide the wrong address?
Customers are responsible for accurate address details. Additional fees may apply for rerouting or reshipping.

After Completion
When will my finished piece ship?
Your piece ships after full payment is received. A USPS tracking number will be provided.
Can I return my order?
All orders are non-refundable due to their custom and sentimental nature. If issues arise, we will work with you toward a reasonable solution.
Will I receive care instructions?
Yes. Every piece includes a care card with long-term care guidelines.
Expectations & Natural Characteristics
What should I expect with resin preservation?
Natural characteristics may include:
- Small air bubbles, especially near charms or brooches
- Color changes (whites may yellow, reds may darken)
- Minor grooves or surface variations
- Silica gel beads
- Flyaway flower fibers
- Transparency or color shifts with fabric or lace
These are normal and part of handcrafted resin work.
