If you are shipping within 24 hours, you may keep the bouquet upright in a clean vase with a small amount of water.

Place it in a cool room, away from windows, heaters, or warm kitchen areas.

Step 4: Avoid Freezing Temperatures

Never place flowers in the freezer.

Freezing can damage petals and cause discoloration or brittleness.

Step 5: Avoid Heat and Humidity

Do not leave flowers in a hot car, steamy bathroom, or direct sunlight.

Place your flowers in the refrigerator as soon as possible after the wedding.

Step 2: Ship Within 1–3 Days

Ship your flowers within 1–3 days to preserve them in the best possible condition.

Step 3: Wrap the Bouquet

Gently wrap the bouquet in dry paper towels.

Step 4: Secure in a Box

Place the wrapped bouquet securely inside a sturdy box. Please include your contact information by filling in this label.

Step 5: Add Cushioning

Use bubble wrap, newspaper, or packing paper to prevent movement during transit.

Step 6: Separate Additional Items

If including extra items, place them in a sealed bag and add a note inside the box.

Upload a clear photo of your bouquet and any additional items you will be sending.
This includes boutonnières, loose petals, charms, invitation pieces, or keepsakes.

Step 2: No Photo? Add a Written Inventory

If you are unable to upload a photo, place a written note inside the box listing every item you are sending.

Step 3: Include Flower Details (If Available)

If possible, include flower information from your florist. This may be a flower list, receipt, or email confirmation of the flowers used.

Step 4: Schedule Your Drop-Off

You are responsible for tracking your bouquet shipment and notifying us once it has been delivered to our studio.

What happens if my bouquet is lost or damaged in transit?

Flohral Preservation is not responsible for flowers lost or damaged during shipping. If replacement flowers are required, they may be sourced for an additional charge depending on flower type and availability.

Do all keepsakes get shipped?

Yes. Finished resin keepsakes are shipped for a standard $20 shipping fee, which may vary depending on size and item type.

What are your shipping options and rules?

We ship within approved service areas using standard carriers. Shipping costs are based on item size, weight, and destination.

Do you offer pickup for certain items?

Pickup is available by appointment. Contact us at floralpres@gmail.com or (845) 290-1072 to schedule. Large items, like tables, are pickup only.

Do you charge extra for express shipping or holiday deliveries?

Yes. Express shipping and holiday deliveries incur additional fees due to carrier surcharges and priority handling. All additional costs are confirmed prior to shipping.
